SYNOPSIS
Getting challenging with delivery values to your stakeholders, especially during and after the Covid19 Pandemic? How about the current geopolitical conflict in Eastern Europe? What do you need to manage a project in such a VUCA environment?
No doubt that the processes are the core of project management, but wrongfully used will not deliver the project a success. We need a fundamental principle to guide a project management practitioner to make ideas a reality, regardless of the environment and any project. PMI PMBOK 7th edition provides a guide and standard for delivering projects and realising sustainable benefits to your stakeholder through principles and performance domains.
Let me share how you can benefit from it in your current project or task.
