BIODATA OF SPEAKER

Ts. Muhammad Firdaus Bin Muhammad Idris an experienced Quality Manager specializing in the construction field. Starting a career as a Site Supervisor in 2004 and had the experience been appointed in contractor, consultant, and developer firm throughout the years. Since 2014, he is focusing on quality in construction and had encountered many problems related with complying with quality especially organization accredited with ISO 9001 certificate. At the same time, the knowledge and problem interfaced been used as content for establishing the course content.

Ts. Muhammad Firdaus obtained his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from University Putra Malaysia (UPM), Serdang, Selangor in 2004 and currently pursue a Master of Quality Management, Student at Open University Malaysia (OUM), Kuala Lumpur.
