SYNOPSIS
WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND THIS WEBINAR?
The annual cost involving rusting on cars in the USA is estimated at $ 23.4 USD Billion. The issue regarding the rusting of cars first reported in the mid -1950s. Originally, cars were built using iron and then turned into lighter materials to get fuel savings where the weight of the car is reduced with lighter materials. A few years ago, the public was aware of the problem of car rusting issues in the automotive industry where rusting on cars very obvious on the car body. But the problem has diminished in the recent years. Nowadays rusting in cars is not so prone but it is not that this rust problem has been solved but there is still another rust issue especially on internal components such as brake systems, combustion systems, electronic devices which it can affect safety to consumers or the general public.
The purpose of the anti-corrosion development, is to ensure the public safety is taken care due to the products defects as well for better car appearances. However, with an effective anti-corrosion development, yourself and team be able to:
- Protect the reputation of the company for both product and services - Comply to the regulatory laws or regulations - Protect the safety and health of customers and public - Manage the anti-corrosion management with necessary testing procedures
BIODATA OF SPEAKER
Ir. Ts. Sukhairul Nizam Abdul Razak received an early education at SMK Methodist ACS Klang Selangor, UTM Skudai in Bachelor of Mechanical (Aeronautical) Engineering and MBA from Charles Sturt University Australia. Registered as Professional Mechanical Engineer with practicing certificate since 2001 with Board of Engineers Malaysia and registered as Professional Technologist with MBOT as well auditor for EAD Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). Started career at Proton’s Manufacturing since 1995 as RND’s design engineer follow with other positions in various departments in Proton Edar for nearly 18 years such as a Car Body Design Engineer, Branch Sales Manager, Manager Sales Standard , Manager Warranty Operations, Manager Equipment Tools & Calibration, Head of Division Office and then worked with Accenture Malaysia for Daimler Group’s project established Product Expert & CSTAR for both sales and after sales in all Mercedes Benz’s dealership in Malaysia. Was a Senior Lecturer for City University Malaysia, lecturer for First City University College and as self-employed for Nizwien Enterprise. Ir. Ts. Sukhairul Nizam has experienced designed, developed automotive components as well managed anti-corrosion development for the national car company.
