Introduction

In conjunction with the Engineer 2022, the Water Resources Technical Division of IEM is proudly organizing a one-day water forum with the theme “Water Hazards and Security – I.R 4.0”. Water is one of the elements found on Earth and has a very long connection with human lives. As we experience the many “too much or too less” scenarios of water in Malaysia, this Forum explores ways to discuss living and build resilience to manage these scenarios. This is one of the initiatives by the Water Resources Technical Division of IEM towards creating awareness and to promote water-related knowledge to capacity build engineering professionals as well as general public.


Who Should Attend

We would welcome water managers, water engineers, government water policy makers and officials, and all other professionals involved in managing water projects as well as academicians, researchers and postgraduate students undertaking research related to water.
This Forum is relevant to all sectors across the Water Resources community.
