This workshop targets to introduce the proper maintenance concept & regime to those new, young electrical engineers out there who are interested to starting their career in the maintenance field. The workshop shall be deliver by considering participants workplace background besides maintaining prudent engineering best practice


BIODATA OF SPEAKER

Ir. Faridul Farhan Bin Abd Wahab is a Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate (PEPC) from the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) as well as 275kV Competent Electrical Engineer from the Energy Commission of Malaysia including holds a Infrared Thermography certificate. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). He started his career as a engineer in Jimah Power Plant, incharge for Jimah 2x700MW Coal Fired Power Plant project and promoted as Lead Engineer for Electrical & Substation for 2x1000MW Jimah East Super Critical Coal  Fired Power Plant project. Apart from that, he has experience working in world industrial gas giant, Linde Gas Asia as Regional Operations Manager, looking after all electrical issues for more than 160 plants within 11 countries. Currently, he working as Facilities Electrical Manager & Resident Competent Engineer in NXP Semiconductor Malaysia.
