SYNOPSIS
The life expectancy of men is significantly lower than women in all countries across the globe. The aetiology for such discrepancy is largely unknown and has become a focus of intense scientific research in the recent years. One of the areas of research is the reluctance and delay in treatment seeking behavior in men, resulting in late disease presentation.
We take this opportunity to lay bare the taboo subjects of sexual health, obstacles in men’s health and other issues that affect both men and women. We also explore the attempt to equalize men and women’s health.
