In accordance with the IEM Graduate and Student Section’s Bylaws and Regulations (No. 39), notice is hereby given that the 51st Annual General Meeting will be held as follows:-

Time: 11.00 a.m.
Venue: Virtual AGM Meeting


Agenda:

1.  Opening Address by Chairman for Session 2020/2021
2.  Confirmation of Minutes of the 50th Annual General Meeting held on 08th August 2020
3.  Graduate and Student Section’s (Young Engineers Section) Annual Report and Financial statements
4.  Results of Election of Office Bearers for Session 2021/2022 and Appointment of Internal Auditors
5.  Any Other Business*
