1) MR. ZAKARIA ABDULLAH
Head of Liability, ZURICH

Specialized specializing in liability insurance like Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, Comprehensive General Liability, Product Liability, Directors Officers Liability etc. Graduated with Bachelors of Law (LL.B Hons) University of London, Zakaria have also acquired his CGIU & CMII from Malaysia Insurance Institute (MII) which recognizes him as a Certified Underwriter/Practitioner. He has 22 years experience, started his career with an insurance broking firm (Sime Insurance Broker under the Sime Darby Group) as an Insurance Broker and later joined numerous insurance companies such as Allianz General Insurance, RHB Insurance, Overseas Assurance Corporation, QBE Malaysia and Great Eastern General Insurance mainly focusing in casualty and financial lines underwriting.

2) MR. SAIFUL HADI SANUSI
Head of Engineering, ZURICH

Specialized in insurance underwriting for project and heavy industries operational insurance, Saiful is a Chartered Insurer accredited by (ACII) and (AMII). Saiful graduated from UNITEN with a Bachelor of Electrical Power Engineering (Hons). During a career that span over 15 years, Saiful has established his reputation as prudent Underwriter with full spectrum experience in insurance industry. Prior to his position in Zurich, he is formerly Regional Reinsurance Underwriter for Trust Re International (Bahrain based) covering South East Asia and North Asia region, Engineering Underwriter and Risk Engineer of Lonpac Insurance Bhd, former Loss Adjuster of McLarens Young International and also Broking Executive at Marsh Insurance Broker.

3) MS. GRACE CHIA
Head of Corporate Direct, ZURICH

Grace is Head of Corporate Direct at Zurich General Insurance Malaysia Berhad & Zurich General Takaful Insurance Malaysia Berhad. She is the marketing who handling Corporate and Direct business. Grace graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in Bachelor of Arts. After graduated she started her career in insurance industry for about 22 years. Prior to her position in Zurich, she formerly worked with AMG/Kurnia Insurance in various departments such as Motor Claim, Quality Assurance on ISO SIRIM Audit Certification and then Marketing. After that joined Tokio Marine Insurance as the Team Leader to take charge of Japanese Corporate account.
