SYNOPSIS
Landing a dream job (or any job) is an important milestone for most Professionals. From the presenter’s experience, it is not HR (Human Resource) who make decision on recruitment, but a Hiring Manager, normally the Head of Department who requesting the position to be filled, often serve as the new hire’s future supervisor. A Hiring Manager normally choose the most suitable candidate for the job, not the best candidate based on pre-determined criteria before the interview. A candidate that can fit into the structure and the culture of the company is preferred. How to position yourself to be suitable in the eyes of Hiring Manager is the key for a successful job interview. The webinar will explain what lingering behind Hiring Managers’ mind during recruitment, the overarching recruitment process and scoring mechanism, what they expect during the interview session and sharing tips in orchestrating a successful job interview.
