SYNOPSIS

Data Centre, a mission critical facility, as the main heart pumping algorithm data to keep our modern lifestyle and  business alive in this digital era. Consequently, good design with advance technology is important for creating and maintaining a highly efficient, sustainable, and resilient Data Centre.

As everyone visited the Data Centre in real life or virtually online, Data Centre seems to be having a cool (as futuristic with blue light saber on the racks) and cold environment. Yet, the sustainability in design and implementation is being counted at the back of such cool & cold outlook.

In this session, the speaker will share some of the key points about sustainable approach & strategy, and here some heads up:

- How to reduce the resources deployment yet achieve “Concurrently Maintainable” design?
- How do you look into the waste reduction, such as battery, in Data Centre’s lifecycle?
- How to manage dynamic load placement in data hall to save energy?
- How Data Centre Infrastructure Monitoring System improve engineering and
  operational processes and energy usage?

Additionally, the speaker will share about the Prefabricated MEP module system that adopted in Data Centre industry. In view of enhanced social distance and other measures due to COVID-19 pandemic, the industry might strategize to move construction activities from worksite to a more controlled factory environment.
